• Be a driving force in the ongoing development of our pension business.

• Seek to maximise operational efficiency when carrying out the day-to-day pension administration processes and lo and demonstrate the ability to manage these to a high standard

• Have strong communication skills. You will be expected to manage relationships internally and externally with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Deal with any complaints that may arise along with the ability to overcome any client and service issues in a diplomatic and proactive manner.

• Have strong pension technical and operational skills.

• Have the ability to critically assess situations and make decisions and recommendations.

• Keep abreast of all changes in pension legislation.

• Have a friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.

• Have a strong desire to contribute to the success of our pension business.

• Act as an effective point of contact for clients, colleagues, and intermediaries, such as IFAs, bankers, other pension administrators, the Income Tax Office, regulatory officers, and business introducers, thereby leading to prompt and efficient processing of all business and general enquiries.
